Kitty Dindo has been a member of the St. Hilary Parish since 1977 and a Foundation trustee since June 1992. She brings extensive experience in financial and risk management to the board, having served as the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at FirstEnergy Corp., Vice President Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Caliber System, Inc. (formerly Roadway Services, Inc)., and Audit Partner at Ernst & Young LLP.

In addition to her work with the St. Hilary Parish Foundation, Kitty donates her time and expertise as trustee and vice chair of the University of Akron Foundation and serves on the distribution committee of The GAR Foundation and as past chair of the Akron Community Foundation. She has also served as trustee of Cleveland Clinic Akron General, Community Health Ventures, and Walsh Jesuit High School.
