Matt Shannon has been a member of St. Hilary Parish since 1996 where his wife, Sue, has been a lifelong member. He was appointed to the St. Hilary Foundation Board in February 2005.

Matt and Sue have three children, Logan (25) and Sierra (21) and Caleb (18), all of whom are graduates of St. Hilary School and Walsh Jesuit. Matt is a principal at Legacy Strategic Asset Management and serves on several area boards.
